Before your first training session, this one-on-one service starts with a free fitness consultation including a review of your health history, your exercise and nutrition habits, your current fitness level, previous exercise experiences, your preferences and goals. Moreover, you can ask me all the questions you might have about training, nutrition, supplements etc.

Every session is 60 minutes which depending on your goals can include warming up, dynamic stretching, weightlifting, cardio exercises, static stretching, flexibility exercises and others.
